The Problem: The US Customs & Border Protection, Department of Homeland Security, required a fast and easy way to access the underside of vehicles passing through checkpoints.

Our Solution: Chapman’s Custom Design Shop created this ‘one of a kind’ ramp incorporating hydraulic lifts on each side to allow inspectors easy access to all under body components. The system is designed to raise the left, right or both sides at once to a height of 12”. Capacity is 9,000 lbs.
